ISO: Garlic Dip Recipe for bread

Misc.
Hi!

I was at an Italian restaurant today and they had a really wonderful mixture to dip bread in - it tasted like it had a LOT of garlic in it, olive oil, maybe some parmesan and Italian spices.

Did a search and didn't see a similar recipe - has anyone made anything similar to this that can give me some direction?

Any help you can give me is much appreciated!
