Hi Gladys!
I have been lurking about the site enjoying all your wonderful recipes and stories! It is so nice to see you posting again.

I have a question about the Broccoli Chicken Casserole.....About the broccoli? Fresh or frozen, cooked or raw? I would like to make this for a carry-in lunch at work....It sounds perfect!

Thanks!
