ISO: gluten free and egg free cake

Hi,
My 33-month old daughter is allergic to eggs, wheat and peanuts. She has never eaten a cake or pastry. We desperately want to have a cake for her 3rd birthday in March. However, using egg replacers and packaged GF flours has resulted in failures at baking for me. I would be very grateful if my request for a delicious GF, egg-free cake, one that kids at the birthday party can enjoy unsuspectingly, would be fulfilled.
