ISO: Good baked bean recipe

Hello to all!

I am searching for a good recipe for baked beans, preferably using navy beans and bacon or ham. I tried a recipe this weekend that was awful. There was entirely too much liquid, and it was bland and overpowered by the aroma and taste of molasses. A culianry disaster!

Anyone out there have a good recipe they wish to share?
