ISO: Grotto's Pizza

I am a big fan of Boardwalk pizza on the jersey shore. There are three
pizzerias that use a unique blend of cheeses (perhaps cheddar). The
boardwalk pizza is found at "Mack's" in Wildwood, NJ; "Grotto's" in
Ocean City MD and Rehoboth DE; and "Mack and Manco's" in Ocean City,.NJ
Does anybody have a recipe to capture these great boardwalk pies?
