ISO: Ham and Eggs in a Cupcake Pan

Misc.
My hairdresser was telling me about a recipe he saw on TV where you lay deli sliced ham in a cupcake pan as a 'nest' of sort and then add in egg and cheese and bake it. Does anyone have this recipe or something similar? My mom wants to make it Christmas morning after I told her about it. Many thanks & happy holidays!
