ISO: Ham & Green Noodle Casserole

I used to have a recipe for a baked casserole made of spinach noodles, cubed ham, grated gruyere, and diced onion or shalots in a bechemel sauce. Great as a one dish meal or a side dish. Don't laugh, but when George (Washington that is) and I were both Privates and money was short, I even at times used cubed Spam in place of ham. Now that you've picked yourself off the floor, it really is good with Spam, and if you happen to be a Spam freak, it's great!!! I wish I could remember where I got this recipe...someone out there must know...oh yeah, I think it also had a dash of Dijon in it.
