ISO: Hardee's Mushroom "N" Swiss Burger

I heard recently these burgers are still around, but not where I live. Does anyone know how to make them...or at least the mushroom part. I haven't found any restaurant (that is still open) that tastes anywhere close to these! PLEASE help!
