ISO: harvest vegetable ragout?

I once got a great recipe from the internet that I have lost. Can anyone help?

It contained root veggies (b-nut squash, rutabega, carrots, etc) cabbage, chix broth, some type of sausage/ring bologna, and I remember adding apple butter???
