Recipe: Boy-O-Boy Salad Dressing (Seventeen magazine, 1960's)

BOY-O-BOY DRESSING

"Delicious served with a tossed green salad."

3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, quartered

Shake ingredients in a screw-top jar to mix. For ideal blending of flavors, refrigerate twenty-four hours.

Shake vigorously before using.

Makes 1 cup dressing
