ISO: Healthy Snacks

Misc.
Hi everyone,
This is my first post here. I have Atrial Fibrilation (Rapid and irregular heartbeat). I am 43 and my Cardiologist says I should stay as close as I can to my "ideal" weight, which is 190 pounds for my 6 foot frame. I hover at 212 ponds and cant seem to get rid of it. Can someone help me? My biggest problem is snacking at work. I need something healthy. I can do the fruit thing for 3 of 4 days then I get burnt out. I have acess to a refridgerator to store things but finding a healthy snack has been chore. Rice cakes last maybe a week and then turn bland. If anyone out there has some ideas I would be most grateful. Thank you so much for your information and time. God Bless, Tommy
