ISO: Heart Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

Misc.
I'm looking to incorporate more oatmeal into recipes - especially a recipe for oatmeal cookies with reduced fat, reduced salt.

Also, would like some other ideas with oatmeal for our new diet requirements. (You know, I just HATE that word "diet") I've got a good oatmeal yeast bread recipe. But other ideas would help.

We both love oatmeal, and had it for breakfast this morning with fruit - bacon and eggs are a thing of the past!

Love, June
