every day. I think you are right on by making changes to recipes your DH already enjoys. He will feel less deprived that way and may not even notice the difference.
Meant to ask you if you are familiar with the Cooking Light Magazine published by Southern Living. There are many good recipes in it and they have a web site where you can also find recipes and hints for lightening your recipes.
