ISO: HELP!!! Family comng for T-day (3 days after Invitro!!)

Misc.
Aloha, Both sides of our family are joining us for Thanksgiving this year. Not a problem except that I am going through invitro on the 19th. I would appreciate any recipes that can be made several days to weeks in advance. And any other tips you may be able to offer. Simple but elegant. Thank you for your help!
