Dee~Many make-ahead (and freeze) recipes are easy to find here on RecipeLink

Misc.
Dee -- you came to the right place for make-ahead ideas. If you have enough freezer space, you can make your entire meal ahead of time.

I would also suggest you do a search here on the RecipeLink for "Freezable Make Ahead Thanksgiving dishes" You will find some already tried wonderful recipes that were previously posted. They include Frozen cranberry salad, Make-Ahead Gravy, Gingered Sweet Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallows, Make-Ahead (and freeze) appetizers, Frozen Fruit Salad, Make-Ahead Flaky Biscuits.

You will also find a huge collection of additional recipes if you do a search here on the RecipeLink for "frozen desserts."

Also, if you search "make ahead" here on RecipeLink you will find many more side dishes (including mashed potatoes and salads).

Here is a web site that gives quite a bit of information about freezing and then serving a variety of already-cooked foods

Here is a web site that gives detailed information regarding cooking and storing cooked turkey

I hope this helps.
