ISO: Hershey Bar Cake with White Icing

I have been searching for the recipe for the best cake I have ever tasted, its made with Hershey Bars and the icing is white with broken pieces of candy bar, this cake is totally awesome, anyone out there ever had this, I would love your help!!!!! thanks in advance
