HOW LONG CAN YOU STORE ROUX ? IN REFRIG ? CUPBOARD? I WORKED IN A RESTUARANT AND THEY USED TO GET IT IN A JAR. THEY DIDNT REFRIGERATE IT. DO YOU KNOW?
