2/3 cup flour

Combne in a deep bowl, stirring well. Microwave, uncovered, at high power for 6 min., stirring after 3 min. Stir well. Microwave, uncovered, at high power 2-4 min. until roux is the color of a copper penny, stirring every 30 seconds.
