ISO: Holiday Inn's Salmon Strudel

Misc.
I had the priviledge to enjoy a wonderful Salmon Strudel at Holiday Inn last weekend. It had a mixture of salmon chunks with spinach and some kind of white sauce. There was something white in it also. The seasonings were fantastic. This mixture was wrapped in phyllo. It was wonderful.

I tried to come up with my own by cooking the salmon first (a no-no). I then mixed the salmon into spinach and a pkg of Alfredo sauce. Wrapped in phyllo, it was pretty. The taste ... awful.

Please help. I wanted so much to serve this to my son this week before he has to return overseas. I'm expecting him here this weekend.

"Thank You" for your help.
