ISO: home made sweet cornbread in a deep iron skillet

I am looking for a home made sweet cornbread recipe or recipes for a deep iron skillet I am needing to serve around 15 people mostly adults, if at all possible at least 10 then I can double up on the ingredients and make 2 large cakes of cornbread.
