Recipe(tried): Applebee's Cheesy Corn (copycat recipe)

Side Dishes - Vegetables
To make the cheesy corn like Applebee's you need frozen corn, bacon, onions, red peppers, and they used a frozen roasted vegetables which has jalapenos, and green peppers (all vegetables diced).

You need a creamy white American cheese base. Theirs comes frozen and thawed is a dip consistency, shredded jack cheddar cheese and I believe asiago cheese.

You start by cooking the bacon once it starts to brown slightly put in the vegetables.

While that is cooking mix the frozen corn with all the cheeses. Once the bacon mixture is done pour into the corn mixture, grease and everything. Mix together, then microwave it for as long it needs to get warm.

I'm sorry I don't know the exact measurements off the top of head. Hope this helps.
