I LOVE These! AND it's very simple.
All you do is bake the potatos at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes (until soft). Then split the potato and put on butter and spinkle with cinnamon. The brown sugar taste actually comes from the sweet potato itself. Yummy. Enjoy!
I also like to cut sweet potatos into wedges and spray with cooking spray. Then bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, then to eat, dip the wedges in honey! Delicious! My daughter calls these "Pooh Bear Fries".
