ISO: Honey mayonnaise chicken - I'm looking for something similar

I'm from WNC too in Sylva, NC. My husband and I eat at a chinese place called Peking GourmetII and they serve this stuff called creamy chicken...it's deep friend chicken pieces and its covered in creamy mayo sauce....I'd love to have that recipe...is that the same one you're looking for as well??? I thought about just asking some of the workers there if they'd tell me how to make it...LOL
