HONEY-PECAN PORK CHOPS
2 boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter
1 to 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Flatten pork chops slightly. In a shallow owl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat chops with the flour mixture.
Cook chops in butter over medium heat 3-5 minutes per side or until done. Remove chops to serving plate.
Add honey and pecans to the pan, scraping to loosen brown bits. Heat well. Pour sauce over chops.
Makes 2 servings
