ISO: Hot chicken Salad served on bun

Misc.
I'm searching for a hot chicken salad I had a craft sale which I was told was her grandmother's recipe. It was creamy and had cream of celery soup in it and was served on a bun, like a barbque. I thought I could serve this at my son's graduation instead of the traditional hot beefs. Thanks for your help!
