Recipe(tried): Hot Chicken Sandwiches

Sandwiches
I have several recipes for hot chicken sandwiches. None are really a chicken salad but one does have celery soup in it.

Chicken Sandwiches
2 l/2 chickens - cooked and shreaded
1 can celery soup
1 can chicken broth

Place ingredients in crock pot and simmer for 2 hrs.

The next one is my favorite for hot Chicken Sandwiches but has no celery soup in it.

l large can of chicken
1 l/2 C chicken broth
1 TBSP Oleo
2 TBSP chicken boullion
l l/2 plastic sleeves of Ritz Crackers- crushed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp sage
1 tsp pepper

Bring broth, oleo, and boullion to a boil in skillet. Add crushed crackers and chicken and cook 10 min. Add salt and poultry seasoning, sage and pepper. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 325 for 45 min. Serve on warm buns.
