Dear Sharon,
While spending some time with my grandchildren a few weeks back, their father treated us all to the most delicious grilled pork tenderloin I have ever tasted. It is incredibly easy to prepare as well as to grill. Just remember, it will cook fast so you must check it. I am planning to make this for dinner tonight with a few vegetables and rice pilaf along with a nice salad.
Enjoy! Gina
CLEARY PORK TENDERLOIN
Serves 6
2 pork tenderloins
1 1/2 cups of White Worcestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins)
4 pressed garlic cloves
sprinkling of ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
In a large gallon-size, place the tenderloin in, pour in the Worcestershire sauce, add the garlic, oil and black pepper and close bag. Marinade in fridge for about 3-4 hours.
Grill on medium heat with cover closed and check periodically by cutting meat. It should be white with a slight pinkish in the middle. Meat will continue to cook after you take it off heat.
When it sears or gets a nice color, you may slather some BBQ sauce on it. Put on platter and let it rest about 5 minutes before slicing. It will be very tender and tasty!
