ISO: Houston's Restaurant dipping sauce for Smoked Salmon

Shalome to Everyone!

How are you all? I have always enjoyed Houston's Restaurant appetizer Smoked Salmon and the sauce or dip that comes along with it. I now reside in Salt Lake City where there is not a Houston's Restaurant. Can anyone give me the recipe for the Appetizer Salmon sauce/dip? I will certainly appreciate it. I can do without soul food, barbeque, creole cooking, but I do enjoy tasty foods such as the sauce or dip for smoked salmon every once in a while that I buy at the market. Thanks.
