ISO: How to Activate Dehydrated Sourdough Starter

Hi!
Could anyone tell me how I should 'activate' some dehydrated sourdough starter that I got off of the internet? It came with no instructions as how to get it started. There is 1-2Tbl. of dehydrated started in the baggie. Thanks in advane!
