ISO: How to do a Taco Night for 150 people tacos, spanish rice I need the recipese

Please help me with the recipe for 150 people appox. 350 tacos and 150 servings of spanish rice I am doing a School Fundraiser and Have never cooked for this many people.. Wanted to have a great nite and pass on the recipes to other parents for years to come.. Please Help Taco Night is next week.. Thank you JB
