ISO: How to get rid of those pesky critters

Is there a way to get rid or keep those pesky
bugs out of you flour, cake mixes and other stuff
stored in your cabinet. I have bought 3 boxes of cake mix over the past week and I already have those bugs in them is there a way to keep them from invading or controlling them.
