ISO: How to make Homemade Tomato Sauce (canning recipe)

Misc.
I am looking for a good Tomato Sauce or Spaghetti sauce that has a little *kick* to it for taste. I remembered that I used some hot peppers in my sauce for this little *kick* of a taste. I did have a recipe at one time to make some sauce but after years gone by, lost it now.
