ISO: How to shape a cake like a castle

Misc.
Three years ago, I made a cake shaped like a castle for my daughter for her birthday and she saw the video and wants another one. Since then my late husband gave that cookbook to his son out in Oregon. I've asked him for copies of other things and have not received them, so I'm sure this would be the same. If you happen to have a recipe for how to make a "Castle Cake" I would certainly appreciate an answer.

Sincerely
