re: Castle Cake

Misc.
The castle cake that Gay R sent you is the one that I made last year for my 2yr old granddaughter. Everyone fell in love with it. We took it to the restaurant with us (the transportation was not easy - summertime and all) but everyone loved it and 2 strangers asked if I would make one for them.

It is a dynamite cake and easy to do. If, by chance, you need to transport I would suggest not adhering the SPires to the cake till you are at the location where the cake needs to be.

Have a wonderful time...I did and am so glad I made it!!!!
