ISO: Ice Cream Cupcakes

I am looking for a receipe for ice cream in a cupcake wrapper. Not the receipe for cake baked in a ice cream cone.
This was like a chocolate wafer or crumbs maybe mixed with butter to make the bottom and then soften ice cream added to it.
