ISO: In need of a recipe for canning banana peppers

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for a recipe that I used back a few years ago to can banana peppers. I can't remember the recipe and I have moved several times since then so I guess I've lost the recipe.

The only thing I can remember about it is that you use ketchup, vinegar, maybe oil and sugar ? Does anyone know of the recipe. I may not have it right but I'm just thinking that you use the things listed above.

Please if you can help I'd love to hear from you. Or if you don't have the info on that recipe and you have another one please share it with me.
