ISO: Italian amaretto cheesecake recipe

I'm liking for a Italian amaretto cheesecake recipe that I found in a cookbook; that I lost; that I had about 10 yrs ago. It was written by a new york or chicago fireman.All his recipes were great but his cheesecake recipe was the BEST I've ever made. It had amaretto; almond,orange and lemon extract and used coconut cookies for the crust. I can't remember the book title and I can't duplicate the recipe. Can't find the book either. Ive searched the web and no recipes have close,I think. Help.
