ISO: Italian Easter Ricotta Pie (I am not sure) - have partial list of ingredients

Misc.
I am looking for a recipie that my mother and anut used to make at Easter. I grew up in Brooklyn, NY. I just found a partial list of ingredients. Here it is:

4 or 5 cups flour
3 or 4 1/2 sticks butter
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
then
3 lbs ricotta
2/2 plus 2/2 sugar
1/2 rose water
8 eggs
They used to make 2 kind this is the one I think with the candied citrus fruit, and the other one was with sausage.

Anyone who has an idea of what I am taking about and cam give me directions on how to make this -- I would be so grateful.
