The sweet ricotta Easter pie my mom made (in Brooklyn on 59 st.) Sounds just like the one posted with the cross hatches on top except it contained some chocolate pieces along with the citrus pieces. I too only have a part of the recipe and am searching for a few years now. It was not her original recipe.
