ISO: Jalapeno and apple pie

Searching for the recipe for "Fiesta Apple Pie" by Janie Howard of Janie's Pie Factory, San Antonio TX. It was a winner in the professional category of the 2003 Great American Pie Festival of Celebration, Florida.

It is distinctive because this apple pie is made with jalapeno pepper!!!
