Recipe(tried): Exotic Tuna Fish Salad (using curry and mango chutney)

Salads - Main Dish
EXOTIC TUNA FISH SALAD

canned solid white albacore tuna packed in water, drained
mayonnaise (I use Hellman's)
curry powder (add amount according to taste, however one wants the flavor of the curry to come through, but not to be overpowering)
Cross & Blackwell Mango Chutney
celery, diced
green apple, diced
green onions, chopped
sliced almonds (toasted)
currants (if not available use chopped raisins)

Mix together tuna, mayo, curry powder, and mango chutney (adjust amount of Mango Chutney according to how sweet one desires the salad to taste).

Add the remaining ingredients to the tuna mixture.

Best to refrigerate overnight so the flavors will marry and serve on croissants.
