ISO: Jam Drops

Can anyone help. The recipe for Jam Drops comes out totally sloppy and cannot be formed into balls as stated. There is only 1/2 cup each of flour and custard powder. Yet there is 1/2 cup milk, 2 eggs and no sugar. Can the recipe owner please confirm the flour and custard powder quantities.
