ISO: JB's Fishcamp (in Florida) Key Lime Pie

Misc.
The best Key Lime Pie we had was at JB's Fishcamp in New Smyrna Beach, FL. It was about 2 inches high and really light and fluffy. Not at all custardy. If you can figure out "DYB's Original Recipe", I'd make it!!
