FAT-FREE THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 hard cooked egg whites, quartered
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
Place steel blade in food processor work bowl. Add celery, bell peppers, and onions. Process with on/off pulses until finely chopped.
Add mayonnaise, egg whites, chili sauce, paprika, and salt. Process just until mixed. Chill until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
Servings: 28
