ISO: Juanita's peanut brittle

Misc.
Does anyone have a recipe for nut brittles (peanut, pecan, cashew) like those made by Juanita's Candy Kitchen in Arkadelphia, AR? The candy/brittle part is very thin. Mine always turns out too thick.
