Recipe: Easy White Clam Sauce (using canned baby clams, Mr. Food recipe)

1 pound uncooked capellini (angel hair) or your favorite pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans (10 ounces each) baby clams, undrained
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden, stirring occasionally.
Add clams, wine, lemon juice, parsley, and salt and cook 10 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
Serve warm sauce over pasta.
