ISO: Kibbled Dried Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Misc.
This is a request for help from my Mother. Last year my Mother bought some kibbled dried horseradish, but finds it produces less than satisfactory results. My Mother a number of years ago bought dried horseradish from a shop in Buckingham, this was a very fine powdered horseradish but it made excellent horseradish sauce (it was very strong ). She has tried to follow the instructions supplied with the kibbled dried horseradish, (but finds the instructions supplied are very poor regarding the amounts of horseradish to use etc) and it usually results in a rather tasteless/bitter paste. The kibbled dried horseradish is a poor substitute, of the excellent dried horseradish my Mother used to buy in Buckingham.
We look forward to any advice you can give as how we can turn the kibbled dried horseradish, into a decent horseradish sauce. We prefer the more traditional horseradish sauce (i.e not a creamed horseradish sauce).
We would be grateful for any recipes you could supply us.
Thank you for your time in this matter.
Thank you.
