Recipe: Christina Campbell's Tavern Cabbage Slaw

CHRISTINA CAMPBELL'S TAVERN CABBAGE SLAW

1 large head firm cabbage
1 tbsp diced red bell pepper
1 tbsp diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery seed

Shred the cabbage. Add the diced peppers.

Combine the vinegar, oil and seasonings and pour over the cabbage. Toss and refridgerate.

Makes 8 servings
