ISO: Kohlrabi Recipes

Misc.
Thankfully, the long gray Czech winter is coming to an end, and green leafy vegetables will soon be readily available. But I'd like to get a head start for next season. Along with cabbage, potatoes, and various root vegetables, kohlrabi is usually in the stores throughout the winter. Problem is, I don't know what to do with it. Can anyone help with a tasty kohlrabi recipe or two?

Much thanks,
Mimi
