Breakfast and BrunchThank you for this recipe .. It turned out great. I had no idea where to start to make breakfast for 30 baseball players. I added precooked sausage , bacon and potatoes and ended up adding 1 1/2 lbs of egg whites and 2 cups of cheese. They loved it. But you were so right stir stir stir and coat the pan heavily with Pam.
